NBC-Redding’s Guard/Post camp started with a bang as campers were introduced to our new pre-camp workout in the Simpson Gym. After orientation, the campers were split up into leagues by age and position. Once these leagues were determined, they went to their separate sites for the first sessions stations.
After dinner, the campers went to the gym for the Main Event, our night program where a speaker talks about the theme of the day. Site director Bill Stricker talked to the campers about todays theme, PURE IMPACT. After the Main Event, the campers met in their teams for discussion groups where they shared their thoughts about the things Bill said.
